Q. When will I receive my item(s)?
A. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours. Orders will ship within two business days from when the proof is approved. You can either select Standard shipping (3-5 business days) or Priority (1-3 business days). Please note that USPS estimated time frames are not guaranteed. I will mail the order within my specified processing timeframe but I have no control over the mail delivery. Also, please keep in mind that USPS does not consider weekends and national holidays to be working days.

Q. What if I need to receive my items sooner?
A. If you do need a rush order, please contact me prior to purchasing to ensure I can create & ship your order in time.

Q. Do you create custom orders?
